PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL OUR OFFICE IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS. MOST FARES INVOLVE RESTRICTIONS. CHANGES COULD RESULT IN A CHANGE IN THE FARE
PAID AND/OR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Check with the Suppliers or our Office before making any changes.

CRUISELAND USA Inc. (herein “Travel Agency”) is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on
the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or
bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground
transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be
responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in
any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members.
Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary,
Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections,
scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any
injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor
unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal
conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control.
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of
checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each
destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed
travel. however, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the
Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international
destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access
the State-Department’s on-line travel advisory service (www.state.gov/travel information/travelwarnings).

For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to
www.cdc.gov./travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved
in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks
as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler
may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.

Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this
Travel Agency regarding travel insurance. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall
constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel
companions or group members. The Travel Agent is not responsible for disruptions of any kind stemming from weather,
or carrier or supplier logistical problems.

Cruiseland USA Inc. is a Registered Seller of Travel with the State of California.
Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law
requires Sellers of Travel to have a Trust Account. Cruiseland USA Inc. has a Trust Account with Wells
Fargo Bank, Los Angeles, California. All monies received by Cruiseland USA Inc. and not forwarded
directly to the Suppliers is Deposited into the Agency Trust Account in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions agreed to on Statements of Travel, Client Invoices, On-Line and/or in Supplier Brochures.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES: All Credit Card charges, phone authorized or otherwise are the sole responsibility of the
Card holder and the supplier that make the charges. Any disputes will be settled between the Card holder and the
Supplier that made the charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions agreed to on Statements of Travel,
Client Invoices, On-Line and/or in Supplier Brochures.

PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION FEES: A service charge of $50.00 per person or Ten Percent (10%) of the total
invoiced amount, whichever is larger, will be charged and/or accessed in the event of cancellation. This is in addition to
any cancellation charges assessed by the suppliers. Service Fees may be waived or applied to future reservation if
approved by Cruiseland USA Inc. management.

Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is Highly Recommended and Available through our Office.
* This Agency is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC).
You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or
travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC
at the time of sale. You may request a claim form by writing to:
